Medical Valley Award

Turn your research into a start-up!

With the Medical Valley Award, the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy (StMWi) supports academic pre-seed projects in the fields of medical technology and the healthcare industry. With pre-seed funding of up to €500,000, the award aims to support research projects with spin-off potential at an early stage and to accompany them for two years until they are ready for spin-off. Universities, university hospitals, non-university research institutions or universities of applied sciences from Bavaria can apply.
