The initiators
BioPark Regensburg is the initiator of BioPark Jump. It is an enterprise of the City of Regensburg and part of the economic development agency. Its core task is to promote biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostics & analytics as well as the healthcare industry at the location and in the region. BioPark Regensburg GmbH is also a member of the Förderverein innovatives Unternehmertum Nordbayern (F.U.N. e. V.) (Association for the Promotion of Innovative Entrepreneurship in Northern Bavaria e.V.). In order to support the founding of young companies in the healthcare industry, the BioPark has launched the accelerator – BioPark Jump – to promote new and good ideas.
